Teen life today is very different from the teenage years millennials experienced. Millennials grew up as technology was developing, while today’s teens were born into a fully digital world. Social media, smartphones, and constant online connection shape how teens communicate, learn, and express themselves. Unlike millennials who followed more traditional paths, teens today face pressure to succeed early, build online identities, and adapt to a fast changing world. While modern teens have more opportunities and freedom, they also deal with higher expectations, mental pressure, and comparison through social media. Even though the times have changed, one thing remains the same every generation of teens is simply trying to discover who they are and where they belong.
